Delivery Policy

【Chunghwa Post】

  • Processing Time:
    Orders are usually processed and shipped within 7 business days after payment confirmation.
    For pre-order items, shipping dates will follow the schedule stated on each product page, and orders will be shipped in sequence once the items are ready.
  • Delivery Time:
    After shipment, the estimated delivery time is around 14 days.
    Actual delivery time may vary depending on location, weather, holidays, or courier workload.

Shipping Areas & Fees
Domestic (Taiwan):
Orders are shipped via Chunghwa Post or partner couriers.
The shipping fee will be displayed clearly during checkout.
Free shipping is available for orders that meet the required purchase amount, as stated at checkout.

Overseas Shipping:
All products are shipped from Taiwan.
Overseas delivery is available only to regions covered by Chunghwa Post’s international service.
If your address is outside the serviceable area, our customer service team will contact you to assist with an alternative arrangement or refund.
Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other government-imposed fees in their own country.
These fees are not included in product prices or shipping charges, and Barkley Shop cannot estimate such costs.
We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.

Tracking & Delivery Information
Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email.
You can track your order through the Chunghwa Post website.
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately based on stock availability, and you will be notified for each shipment.

For pre-order items, the actual delivery time will depend on supplier production schedules, customs clearance, and logistics arrangements.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact customer service within three (3) days of receipt for assistance with replacement or compensation.
Delivery Notes
If a package is returned due to incorrect address, failed contact, or refusal to accept delivery, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping cost.
