Return Policy

Product Inspection Period

Except for goods that are perishable, have a short shelf life (including those close to expiry upon return/cancellation), customized products, current newspapers, periodicals or magazines, unsealed audio or video recordings, computer software, game cards, other value cards, or personal hygiene products that have been opened — which are excluded from the seven-day cooling-off period under the “Regulations on Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal in Distance Sales” —
you are entitled to a seven-day product inspection period (including holidays) starting from the date you receive the item.

If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service within seven (7) days of receipt, and provide the following information:
your name, order number, phone number, product name, and reason for return with photos.
Our customer service staff will assist you with the return or exchange procedure.

Return & Exchange Guidelines

  1. Condition of Returned Items

    • Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and free from any non-manufacturing defects.

    • The seven-day inspection period allows you to confirm whether the product meets your expectations, but it is not a trial or testing period.

    • Please keep the product in its original condition and retain all original packaging, including the outer box, hang tags, accessories, dust bags, and free gifts. Returns without complete packaging will not be accepted.

  2. Return Procedure & Refund Method

    • Please contact our customer service via email or phone to initiate a return request.

    • Once approved, you must ship the product back within three (3) business days using a registered or trackable shipping method.

    • After we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.

    • For credit card payments, the refund will be credited back to the same card. The actual posting date depends on your card-issuing bank.

  3. Return Shipping Costs & Other Fees

    • If the return is due to product defects or shipping errors, we will cover the return shipping costs.

    • For personal reasons (e.g., wrong size, color difference, or change of mind), the customer is responsible for all shipping fees.

    • Refunds will be calculated based on the actual amount paid, excluding any coupon or discount amounts.

  5. Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Items

    • Returns requested after the seven-day inspection period.

    • Items that have been used, washed, damaged, or missing parts.

    • Items returned without the original invoice, gifts, or accessories.

    • Products labeled “non-returnable,” customized orders, pre-orders, or limited-edition items.

    • Returns based on subjective preferences such as smell, color variation, or personal dislike.

  6. Exchange Handling

    • For defective items, we will exchange for the same item and specification if stock is available.

    • If the item is out of stock, we will proceed with a refund instead.

    • For pre-order products, if shipment is delayed or cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you to arrange a refund or product substitution.
