Product Inspection Period
Unless otherwise specified under the "Exceptions to the Right to Cancel Distance Transactions" regulations—such as perishable foods, customized items, current newspapers, periodicals, magazines, unsealed audio-visual products, software, game point cards, other digital point cards, or opened personal hygiene products—customers are entitled to a 7-day product inspection period (including weekends) starting from the date the product is received.
If you need to return an item, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the product and provide the following details:
- Name
- Order Number
- Contact Number
- Product Name for Return
- Reason for Return & Photos (if applicable)
Once we receive your request, our customer service team will assist you with the return or exchange process.
Return & Exchange Guidelines
- Returned items must be unused and free from damage or defects caused by improper handling.
- The 7-day inspection period allows you to evaluate the product but is not a trial period for use.
- If specified by our store, please keep the original packaging intact (including the outer box); otherwise, returns will not be accepted.
